# Cancelling Bricksite Premium or Bricksite Mail

1. Tap on **Your Profile** and select **Subscriptions**.

2. Tap the three dots ( ••• ) next to the desired product.

4. Press **Cancel Subscription**.

5. Please select the termination reason in the next screen. We use this information to improve Bricksite.

6. If applicable, remember to [cancel the domain](/en/article/cancelling-a-domain-yhptee/), or [deleting your website](/en/article/deleting-the-website-iu4rui/). This must be done separately.

||| The website remains active until the end of the payment period. Make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation email (also remember to check in your spam folder). If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation then the product is _not_ cancelled.
