# Change or Reset the Password to Bricksite Mail

# Change Password in the Webmail

If you remember the current password you may change the password directly in the [webmail interface](https://mail.hostedemail.com/).

1. Press **Settings** > **Password** > **Change Password**.

2. Enter your current password, then the new password twice.

|| The password must consist of 10–54 characters and must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 symbol. The password must not contain the characters `æ ø å ö ä ü ß`.
3. Press ** Save **.

4. If you have [two-factor authentication (2FA)](/en/article/two-factor-authentication-2fa-in-bricksite-mail-1c5bern/) enabled, an additional field will appear where you need to enter a one-time verification code.

5. Then press **Save** again.

# Reset Password in My Bricksite

Log in to My Bricksite and select the **Mail** tab.

2. Press the three dots (•••) and select **Edit**.

3. Enter the new password twice and press **Save**.
