# Change or Reset the Password to Your Bricksite Account

# Change Password in My Bricksite

Press the arrow (⌵) next to **Your Profile** at the top right corner.

2. Select **Account settings**

3. Enter your current and new password and select **Update Password**.

# Reset the Password

If you have forgotten your password, reset it using the registered email address of the account holder.

1. [Click here to reset your password](https://app.bricksite.com/password).

2. Enter the email address of the **account holder**.

3. The account holder will then receive a password reset email within 15 minutes containing a link to reset the account password. Check the spam folder if the email does not appear.

4. Open the link in the email, enter the new password, and select **Update Password**. The new login details may not work until the confirmation link in the email has been opened; login details are case-sensitive.

## No longer access to the registered email address

If you no longer have access to the registered email address, contact support to have the account email changed. To verify ownership, provide a relevant invoice or receipt, or contact support from the owner's email address. Once the email address has been updated, request a new password reset using the new address.
