# How To Take A Screenshot

# Windows

1. On Windows, you may press the **WINDOWS + PrtScrn** keys simultaneously on your keyboard.

The **Windows button** is also known as the **Start button**.

2. The image will then be saved into the **Images** > **Screenshots** folder.

### No PrtScrn Button on Your Keyboard?

1. On the latest Windows update, you can press **WINDOWS + SHIFT + S** and then draw a square with the mouse around the object you want to screenshot.

2. Then insert the screenshot in the chat or in your email program with **CTRL + V**.

# Mac

On Mac, press **CMD + SHIFT + 3** on your keyboard to take a screenshot.

2. The file is stored onto your desktop, where you can send it to us by email, or insert it in the chat with **CMD + V**.

# Phones

### iOS

Depending on the phone model:

* Hold **POWER + VOLUME UP** at the same time; or

* Hold **POWER + HOME** at the same time.

### Android

Depending on the phone model:

* Hold down **POWER + VOLUME DOWN** at the same time; or

* Hold **POWER + VOLUME UP** at the same time; or

* Hold down **POWER** and select the option **Take A Screenshot**; or

* Open the App Switcher and select **Take A Screenshot**.
