How To Take A Screenshot
Windows
On Windows, you may press the WINDOWS + PrtScrn keys simultaneously on your keyboard.
The Windows button is also known as the Start button.

The image will then be saved into the Images > Screenshots folder.

No PrtScrn Button on Your Keyboard?
On the latest Windows update, you can press WINDOWS + SHIFT + S and then draw a square with the mouse around the object you want to screenshot.
Then insert the screenshot in the chat or in your email program with CTRL + V.
Mac
On Mac, press CMD + SHIFT + 3 on your keyboard to take a screenshot.

The file is stored onto your desktop, where you can send it to us by email, or insert it in the chat with CMD + V.
Phones
iOS
Depending on the phone model:
Hold POWER + VOLUME UP at the same time; or
Hold POWER + HOME at the same time.
Android
Depending on the phone model:
Hold down POWER + VOLUME DOWN at the same time; or
Hold POWER + VOLUME UP at the same time; or
Hold down POWER and select the option Take A Screenshot; or
Open the App Switcher and select Take A Screenshot.
