Add New Payment Method

Press the arrow ( ⌵ ) next to Your Profile and select Billing.

Your Profile > Billing

Now press Add Payment Method and input your payment card information from the front of the payment card, as well as the expiry month, expiry year, and the three digits on the back of the payment card.

The payment method must be enabled for recurring payments. Certain card types, including Maestro, Visa Electron, and virtual disposable cards, may be blocked from authorizing a recurring payment. Contact your bank to learn more if you have one of these card types.

Press Create Subscription.

Depending on your bank, you may be asked to approve the payment authorization through an in-app notification from your bank, your online banking login, SMS, or national ID (such as MitID).

You may add as many debit cards as you like. If we can not withdraw the money from the first payment card, then the system automatically tries from the next in line.

Update Existing Payment Method

If you have received a new payment card, first delete the old payment card from the overview.

Next, add the new debit card.

Delete Payment Method

Press the arrow ( ⌵ ) next to your name at the top right and select Billing.

Press the three dots ( ••• ) next to the desired payment method and select Delete.
