Cancelling a Domain

Press the Domains menu.
Next to the desired domain, press the three dots ( ••• ) and select **Cancel Domain **.

Confirm once more by pressing Cancel Domain.
Confirm that the Automatic Renewal box next to the desired domain was unticked. This also applies if the domain has already been renewed: the current renewal remains active, but the domain will not be renewed again in the future.
**.dk domains only: ** Now go to [DK Hostmaster's Self-Service Portal] (https://selvbetjening.dk-hostmaster.dk/) and terminate the domain.
If applicable, remember cancelling your subscription and deleting the website. This is done separately.

The domain remains active until the end of the payment period. Please contact customer service if you wish to have the domain terminated immediately.
