Change Password in the Webmail

If you remember the current password you may change the password directly in the webmail interface.

Press Settings > Password > Change Password.

Enter your current password, then the new password twice.

The password must consist of 10–54 characters and must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 symbol. The password must not contain the characters æ ø å ö ä ü ß.
Press Save .

If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, an additional field will appear where you need to enter a one-time verification code.

Then press Save again.

Reset Password in My Bricksite

Log in to My Bricksite and select the Mail tab.

Press the three dots (•••) and select Edit.

Enter the new password twice and press Save.

The password must consist of 10–54 characters and must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 symbol. The password must not contain the characters æ ø å ö ä ü ß.
