Cancelling Bricksite Premium or Bricksite Mail
Tap on Your Profile and select Subscriptions.
Tap the three dots ( ••• ) next to the desired product.
Press Cancel Subscription.
Please select the termination reason in the next screen. We use this information to improve Bricksite.
If applicable, remember to cancel the domain, or deleting your website. This must be done separately.
The website remains active until the end of the payment period. Make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation email (also remember to check in your spam folder). If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation then the product is not cancelled.
